PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM SYNC PEPTIDES, INCLUDING RESTRICTIONS ON USE, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
This Agreement governs the purchase and sale of all products offered by Sync Peptides LLC, doing business as Sync Peptides ("Sync Peptides," "we," "us," "our"), through syncpeptides.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you ("Buyer," "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. We may revise this Agreement at any time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1. All Material is sold for laboratory and research use only. The Material is not for human or animal consumption of any kind and is not a drug, food, dietary supplement, medical device, or cosmetic.
3.2. Statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Material is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3.3. Prohibited uses of the Material include, without limitation: (a) human or animal consumption or injection; (b) use as or in a food, drug, dietary supplement, medical device, or cosmetic; (c) in vitro diagnostic use; (d) cosmetic or beauty applications of any kind; (e) use by anyone subject to testing or approval by an athletic or sporting commission; and (f) resale, repackaging, relabeling, consumer distribution, clinical use, diagnostic use, incorporation into a human or veterinary product, or any other use not expressly permitted under Section 5.
3.4. Sync Peptides is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as those terms are defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and does not manufacture, market, or sell Material for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.
4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are a Qualified Researcher (or purchasing on behalf of one), and that you have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you are ordering.
4.2. We reserve the right to request proof of age or qualification, and to refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel any order or account if we believe, in our sole discretion, that these requirements are not met.
Subject to this Agreement, we grant Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the purchased Material solely for internal Research Purposes. No right to resell, repackage, relabel, or use the Material as a component of another product is granted, expressly or by implication, without our prior written approval.
Buyer represents and warrants that:
THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." SYNC PEPTIDES HAS NOT TESTED THE MATERIAL FOR SAFETY OR EFFICACY IN ANY FOOD, DRUG, MEDICAL DEVICE, COSMETIC, OR OTHER APPLICATION. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNC PEPTIDES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNC PEPTIDES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE MATERIAL. SYNC PEPTIDES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER FOR THE MATERIAL GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sync Peptides and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Buyer's handling, storage, testing, or use of the Material; (b) Buyer's breach of this Agreement; (c) Buyer's violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) Buyer's transfer of the Material to any third party.
Sync Peptides guarantees that each product conforms to its stated identity and minimum purity specification at the time it leaves our facility. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request. Any quality claim, including one supported by independent third-party testing, must be submitted within 60 calendar days of delivery and must include the order number, lot number, and a complete lab report with method details and supporting data. See our Quality Assurance & COA page for full requirements and the claims process. Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to replacement or account credit for the affected product. Sync Peptides does not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds except where required by applicable law.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order — it confirms only that we received it. We may accept, decline, or partially fulfill any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to a listing or pricing error, with a full refund issued for any amount already charged.
Returns are accepted within five business days, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return Policy. Sync Peptides does not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds; account credit may be applied when appropriate. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the approved account credit, and return or credit processing typically takes 5–7 business days. Orders may generally be modified or cancelled only while still in processing status.
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is the property of Sync Peptides. You may use Site content only to evaluate or purchase materials for permitted Research Purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written permission.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
