Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Florida. Legal and privacy notices should be directed to the contact information listed in the applicable policy.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Processing time is separate from transit time and may extend during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of increased order volume. We do not currently promise same-day shipping.

A tracking link is emailed to the address on file as soon as your order ships. Please check spam/junk folders if you don't see it within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Orders containing multiple product types may ship as separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order.
Contact support@syncpeptides.com with your order number. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item, full package contents, exterior and interior packaging, shipping label, and product label/lot number when applicable. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be found, notify us within 24 hours after checking the delivery area, confirming the address, asking household or building staff, and contacting the carrier.
Returns are accepted within five business days, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. We do not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds; account credit may be applied when applicable. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return or credit processing typically takes 5–7 business days.
