Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Florida. Legal and privacy notices should be directed to the contact information listed in the applicable policy.
Formal institutional affiliation is not required. Purchases are limited to qualified researchers and authorized research purchasers who are at least 18 years old and are acquiring materials solely for lawful laboratory Research Purposes. We may request reasonable information to confirm eligibility or research purpose and may refuse or cancel an order when the information provided is insufficient, inconsistent, or indicates a prohibited use.
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with select additional payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment channels.
Orders can typically be modified or cancelled while still in processing status. Once an order has been handed to our shipping carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Contact support@syncpeptides.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively to a completed order. Valid codes remain usable on a future order.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Processing time is separate from transit time and may extend during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of increased order volume. We do not currently promise same-day shipping.

A tracking link is emailed to the address on file as soon as your order ships. Please check spam/junk folders if you don't see it within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Orders containing multiple product types may ship as separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item, full package contents, exterior and interior packaging, shipping label, and product label/lot number when applicable. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be found, notify us within 24 hours after checking the delivery area, confirming the address, asking household or building staff, and contacting the carrier.
Qualified laboratory personnel should store research materials in controlled conditions consistent with the product label, lot documentation, and applicable laboratory procedures. Unless the product documentation states otherwise, keep sealed materials away from direct light and use validated temperature controls appropriate to the specific research material.
Research materials may be supplied in lyophilized or other laboratory-appropriate forms, as stated on the product label and lot documentation. Product pages describe the supplied form for identification and analytical handling only; they do not provide administration or personal-use instructions.
Our minimum testing standard is ≥98% purity, verified by independent laboratory analysis. Exact figures and testing methods are documented on each product's Certificate of Analysis (COA) in our Quality Assurance & COA library.
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and a lot-specific COA is available for each product. See our Quality Assurance & COA page to search or request documentation for your order.
